Founded in 1999, EXCEED has thrived to the leading LED manufacturer and exporter of LED lighting products. Our management strictly follows the ISO9001:2000 and Taiwan mode, and 90% of the materials are sourced from Taiwan Area and Japan. We mainly provide LED lamp, Display, Dot Matrix, SMD, Super Flux, Power and Display Screen to some leading electronic companies in the world.
We own an area of 100,000 square meters as work space, more than 800 staff and 6 production lines, the annual output reacher 960 million pcs/chip, and annual sales above US$8 million. All the advanced equipments are from Taiwan Area and Japan, which assures to provide qualified products to our clients. As an experienced LED light manufacturer, we have more than 7 years OEM experience and own a professional team with 32 elite to service our clients. This R&D team can develop a new model within two weeks, and at least 6 new ripe products each year. Additionally, we have an in-house QC department, including experienced engineers and specially-trained staff. Each process strictly follows ISO9001 standard. QC/Technical Support We have an in-house QC department, including experienced engineers and specially-trained staff. Each process strictly follow ISO 9001 standard. Material: 90% of the materials are sourced from Taiwan Area and Japan. Procedures/testing Details: IQC: Spot-check the material when we get it. IPQC: Spot-check the product in each production process. FQC: Spot-check the finished product. OQC: Spot-check the product before delivery. All products in each process should be 100% passed before entering the next process. Long service time products such as Traffic Light, Display etc. 100% follow the age test.
